Mr. Abhinay Raj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner without making any submission on merit submitted that as the matter is now pending before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Madhubani, he seeks to pursue remedy before him and at the same time he seeks liberty to file civil suit for confirmation of his title and declaration of his possession
Patna High Court CWJC No.20721 of 2025(2) dt.08-01-2026 2/2 before the competent Court having jurisdiction.
3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the nature of relief, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Madhubani is directed to dispose of the application filed on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
