JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daudpur P. S. Case No. 216 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 279 of IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Recovery of 50 liters of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for more than 03 months. Charge-sheet has already been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the
