Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh (Noan) P.S. Case No.289 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no other material, neither the motorcycle nor the mobile were recovered from possession of the petitioner, the petitioner was not put on TIP, the mobile was recovered from Gopi Jaiswal and Sadhu Yadav and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent except one case under the Excise Act.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Raju Kumhar @ Raju Kohar is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13082 of 2018(2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh (Noan) P.S. Case No.289 of 2017.
