Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.758 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 332, 186, 353, 505, 341, 151, 152, 295(A) and 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner seeks bail on the parity of bail granted to another coaccused Bablu Raien @ Babalu Alam @ Babalu Raien by order dated 19.02.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.9486 of 2018 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Chawanni Ansari @ Firoj Ansari is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10924 of 2018(2) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.758 of 2017.
