For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for setting aside letter dated 07.11.2019 issued by the Territory Manager (LPG), Patna whereby the candidature of the petitioner for award of Gramin LPG distributorship at Shahpur, Gram Panchayat- Shahpur, BlockWarisaliganj, District- Nawada under OPEN (CC) category has been rejected and the amount of Rs. 40,000/- deposited by the petitioner with the respondent Corporation has been forfeited.

II. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to award Gramin LPG distributorship at Shahpur, Gram Panchayat Shahpur,

Patna High Court CWJC No.25147 of 2019(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 Block- Warisaliganj, District- Nawada under OPEN (CC) category to the petitioner for which the petitioner has already been declared as successful candidate in the draw of lots conducted on 21.07.2018 for the selection of LPG Distributor at the Shahpur, District- Nawada. III. For the staying of further draw of lot for award of LPG Distributor at the Shahpur, District-Nawada. IV. For any other relief /reliefs for which petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, on the same and subsequent cause of action with better particulars and/or to take recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law.

Permission granted with liberty, as prayed for. Instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
