Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No.457 of 2017 registered under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that being a close relative enticed away two minor daughters of the informant and later on sold in Rajasthan for the purpose of marriage, so the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No.457 of 2017 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Patna City, District Patna. However, the petitioner may renew her prayer of bail after six months of the framing of the charge, if the trial does not conclude.
