2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the materials on record, it appears that the petitioner has filed this writ application without availing the efficacious remedy available to him in accordance with law.

3. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority for consideration of his matter within a period of four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3690 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order. The District Appellate Authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible after hearing the parties. The District Appellate Authority is also directed to condone the delay, if any, in filing of the appeal keeping in view that the writ application was pending before this Court.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
