JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 269 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the house of the petitioner and petitioner along with his family members have been made accused in this case. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that father of the petitioner, who has been made accused, has been granted bail by this Court and petitioners are not residing there and they have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84873 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In view of above facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of above submission and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
