2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 111 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 406, 420, 467, 468, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the husband of the informant was taken away by the petitioner and others to the house of this petitioner and there, Registrar was called and a sale deed was executed in favour of Krishna Murari, wife of Ganga Prasad.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is not the

It has been submitted that only the allegation is that he along with others has taken the husband of the informant to the house of this petitioner. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has also been submitted that the deed was executed properly and he is not concerned in any way with that deed. He is languishing in judicial custody since 12.08.2025. Similarly situated other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 84877 of 2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.1st (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 111 of 2021.
