JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 06.04.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samastipur Mufassil P. S. case no. 685/2017 registered under sections 144, 379, 287, 427, 447, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

The accusation against the petitioners is that they along with others were forcibly cutting crops from a field over which the informant is claiming his right, title and possession. At para 7 of the petition, it has been averred that the aforesaid land is in possession of the petitioners' family. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14248 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Samastipur in Samastipur Mufassil P. S. case no. 685/2017 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
