Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ratanpura PS Case No.42 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the marriage of the petitioner was performed with the deceased four years back and informant received information that his daughter was killed by the accused persons and dead body was concealed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of demanding further dowry by the petitioner or anybody in the FIR and two children were born out of the wedlock and in the case diary the witnesses have stated that the wife of the petitioner died of snack biting and body was thrown

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15181 of 2018(3) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 in the river as due to death of snack bite the dead body is not burnt.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rahul Kumar Singh @ Rahul Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Ratanpura PS Case No.42 of 2017.
