This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No.556 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 427, 295-A, 153A(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused of damaging the "shivling".

The petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.
