2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kumarkhand (Bhatni O.P.) P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 304 (B)/ 34 of the I.P.C.
3. Allegation against the petitioners is that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, the daughter of the informant has been killed by the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the victim, are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. He has further

No.2010 of 2024(2) dt.30-01-2024 2/2 submitted that the victim and her husband were residing separately from the petitioners and the petitioners have no concern with daily affairs of the victim and her husband. There is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. Allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner no. 1 is in jail custody since 01.08.2023 and petitioner no. 2 is in jail custody since 09.08.2023. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of absconding of the petitioners or tampering with the evidence.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Kumarkhand (Bhatni O.P.) P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023.
