The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 337 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though they are named in the first information report yet no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioners. It is further submitted that there was land dispute between the petitioners and the informant and his family members had attempted to grab the land and for the said reason, the present occurrence took place. The allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16527 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 petitioners under Sections 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code are purely ornamental in nature, for making the charge graver.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Uda Kishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 337 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
