2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354A, 354B, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all 16 F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted informnat and his family members. This petitioner, along with two other accused persons, is alleged to have assaulted Kameshwar Yadav by means of Farsa as a result of which Kameshwar Yadav sustained three injuries.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, due to petty dispute, an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1144 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 altercation took place between the parties. There is case and counter-case between the parties. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 249 of 2022.
