2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 23 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the informant has alleged that he has given his truck to the petitioner on rent but the petitioner has not paid the rent of the truck. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025. He is accused in 80 more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the facts of the case and also the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
