ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2103C/18 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 504 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are wholly unfounded and if at all there is any dispute, the same could be resolved between themselves as the complainant and the petitioner are own brothers. It is further submitted that the story of payment of money to the petitioner has been denied and he is willing to resolve the dispute by

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of Shri Rajeev Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No.2103C/18, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
