2. Earlier, the bail petition of the petitioners was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 28.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 30624 of 2021.
3. The prosecution case is that the informant purchased land through Deed No. 8999 dated 06.12.2019, and construction work was in progress. On 04.02.2019, the petitioners along with 45 unknown persons, claimed ownership of the land on the basis of Hibbanama allegedly executed in favour of Hasan Ekbal by the informant's maternal grandfather in the year 2009. On verification, the stamp vendor denied issuing the relevant stamp paper, indicating forgery. When the informant raised this issue, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3080 of 2025(6) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 accused persons became aggressive and demanded 5 lakhs as ₹ ransom. It is alleged that the accused persons, in a deep conspiracy, prepared forged documents to grab the informant's lawfully purchased land.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are not the party to the transaction. There was land dispute between the informant and other coaccused persons. They have compromised the case. He has submitted further that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
