Patna High Court CWJC No.865 of 2024(11) dt.15-06-2026 2/3 petitioner for the acquire lands Pucca Houses of Mouza Bhermara, Thana no.

-303, (vide Sl. No. 12, Plot no. 362), Circle (Block) Manihari, Dist. Katihar (Bihar). The aforesaid lands having Pucca houses ( अरनाधीन भूमम पर अवमससत मकानो, भवनोइतयामद) have been acquired for the construction of NH-131A four lane road (Purnea to Narayanpur) and for that the concerned authorities have decided to pay compensation as per Land Acquisition Act. Subsequently, the compensation amount has already been finalized and approved by the said authority which is mentioned in the compensation chart (contained in Annexure 1) but the said compensation amount has not been paid to the poor petitioner till today and it is further prayed to the concerned authorities for other necessary direction in the circumstances set forth below.

3. Pursuant to the last order, Mrs. Deepika Sharma,

Patna High Court CWJC No.865 of 2024(11) dt.15-06-2026 3/3 learned State counsel has come forward with letter no. 1038 dated 23.05.2026 issued by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Katihar which shows that the petitioner has been made the payment relating to the land in question. The beneficiaries payment response attached dated 22.05.2026 has also been provided.

4. Let the same be kept on record.

5. In view of the aforesaid development that has taken place, granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter afresh, if he still has any grievance, the writ petition is disposed of.
