2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goradih P.S. Case No. 248/ 2025 dated 08.09.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 25, 7 and 27 of the Arms Act and Section 66(C) of the I.T. Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the celebratory firing allegedly made in a birthday party regarding which a video went viral thereafter the petitioner and seven other persons were made accused but in the alleged video, coaccused, Tithlesh Yadav is seen opening fire and during the course of alleged firing, the firearm was given to the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86998 of 2025(2) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 and except this, there is no allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 12.09.2025 and the investigation against him has been completed and in the alleged occurrence, no one sustained any injury.

4. The learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel, averments made in this petition, the petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation against him coupled with the nature of allegation appearing against the petitioner, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Goradih P.S. Case No. 248/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
