This is an appeal under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, against refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail by the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge- cum- Special Judge, SC/ST, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 156/2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3(1)(g)(s) of the SC/ST Act.

The allegation is that the appellants committed abuse and assault against the informant for the reason that the informant had

However, considering the long list of criminal antecedents of the appellants, I am not inclined to enlarge them on anticipatory bail. Hence, this appeal against the refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
