In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioners : 1(i) For quashing the letter dated 30.12.2017, vide memo No.2752, 2753 and 2750 issued by District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger, whereby directed to the concerned Headmasters of the school as

Patna High Court CWJC No.6180 of 2018(2) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 not to discharge the duty in the school to the petitioners and no attendance could be made by petitioners, merely on the ground that experience certificate of petitioners have been falsified.

(ii) For direction to the respondents to allow to continue the duty to the petitioners in the concerned school.

The petitioners are directed to file a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Munger within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
