By an impugned order dated 06.01.2018, learned Additional District Judge, on intervention of the Secretary of the Bar Association wrote letter to the District Judge for transfer of Title Appeal No. 06 of 2001 from his Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Title Appeal No. 06 of 2001 has already been transferred from the Court of Additional District Judge-VIII to the Court of learned Additional District Judge-I.

I find no illegality in the impugned order.
