The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.200/9 dated 20.4.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 120(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, the prosecution case is that the petitioner is named in the FIR and specific allegation of firing is on another co-accused.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 31.7.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted and the other co-accused persons considering the same have been granted privilege of bail, vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79938 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 15.11.2019 passe in Cr. Misc. No.67554 of 2019 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount eac2019h to the satisfaction of the learned Miss Nutan Kumari, J.M. Ist Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.200 of 2019 dated 20.4.2019 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial .

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
