The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 323 of 2019 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to family dispute. The Postmortem Report reflects that there is accidental death. The occurrence took place due to electric shock. In the instant case, the first information report was lodged after postmortem examination. Further submission is that petitioners are relatives

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Ara in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 323 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
