JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by 18.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 46767 of 2018 and there is allegation against the petitioner of conspiring with other accused persons in commission of rape and murder. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 19.3.2018 and there is no allegation of committing rape or murder against the petitioner and other co-accused again whom there is allegation of committing rape and murder have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.11.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 54166 of 2018 and by order dated 11.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 70887 of 2018.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85405 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 295 of 2018, arising out of Belsand P. S. Case No. 110 of 2017, on the condition that petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial.
