2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 304B, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance has also been taken under the same.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 7.7.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ-XVI, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2023.
