JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019, disclosing offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 354, 308, 379/34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioners that they have dragged the informant, causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is delay of lodging the F.I.R. whereas the petitioner has lodged earlier a case against the informant and in order to save the skin, the present case has been lodged. Except the allegation of dragging, there is not other allegation against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83129 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Heard A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019.
