The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 274 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
