2. Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 384, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. From perusing the materials available on record, it appears that there is land dispute between the petitioner and the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2023.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 397 of 2021.

9. This application stands allowed.
