Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was apprehended at the railway station on suspicion that he was there to commit theft. A blade along with the stolen mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2017. He has got a criminal antecedent of identical nature.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19900 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jhajha G.R.P.
