1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 109, 308(3), 308(4), 324(4), 324(5), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and in sum and substance the allegation is that Surendra demanded extortion from the informant who sells fruit, since extortion was not given the named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant, his wife and brother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that thrust of allegation is against Surendra and as far as petitioner is concerned, the allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner but then the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant is not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that allegation of assault is not specific against the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.598/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under
