Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner was apprehended along with stolen motorcycle. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.10.2017. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jogbani Police Station Case No. 171 of 2017, subject to the
