Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under section 392 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his house. Petitioner is in custody in connection with this case since 14.11.2017.
Learned counsel for the State submits that during investigation it has come in paragraph 43 of the case diary that on confession of the petitioner stolen motorcycle has been recovered. In view of the gravity of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
