The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No. 368 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner in committing murder of the brother of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
