The petitioner seeks bail in Official Complaint case No. 216(O)/ 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

29.52 liters of Indian made foreign liquor of different brands was recovered by the side of pond situated behind the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.11.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Buxar in connection with Official Complaint case No. 216(O)/ 2019.
