2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 940 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414 read with Section 34 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft. He is in jail since 21.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3127 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 940 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Kahalgaon Police Station, Bhagalpur on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
