2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to make payment of travel allowance and other monetary benefits include arrears to the petitioner with interest.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 7, in which a specific averment has been made in paragraph No. 7 that, for payment of travel allowance, the petitioner has

Patna High Court CWJC No.287 of 2025(3) dt.18-04-2026 2/2 not submitted any bill. Therefore, counsel submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit the travel allowance claim afresh.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation in this regard.

5. In light of the submissions made above, the petitioner is hereby directed to file a fresh representation, along with a copy of this order as well as the bill for travel allowance, before the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Nawada (respondent No. 4), within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the same, respondent No. 4 shall decide the claim of the petitioner towards travel allowance within 60 days thereafter.

6. Accordingly, with the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
