The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a) and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is contended that, as per allegation, 10.50 liters of Nepali Saufi wine was recovered from the bamboo clamp which is said to be owned by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 28.02.2018.
