The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/323/332/333/336/379/353/427/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is general and omnibus against 21 named and 100-115 unknown accused persons to have scuffled with the police party and committed assault etc. when the police had gone to remove obstruction of traffic which was caused by the mob due to death of a person.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation and statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82885 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Salimpur Police Station Case No.147 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
