ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2017 in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.305 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioner has already been in custody for more than five months and has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Gaya, in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.305 of 2017.
