Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a),38(1),41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

104 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a four wheeler and the petitioner was also in that vehicle. Hence, it was suspected that the same was of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
