JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2024 Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; learned GP-20 for the State and Mr. Satyam Shivam Sundaram, learned counsel for the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that a show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.6, wherein it has been stated that an amount of Rs.

Patna High Court MJC No.41 of 2024(4) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 12,23,805/- has been paid to the petitioner in respect of remaining dues of differential amount of revised pay scales under the 5th and 6th Pay Revision of the petitioner and other retiral dues. A calculation chart in respect of the payment made to the petitioner has been annexed with the show cause.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has disputed the calculation made by the State.

4. Having considered the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, I find that the order dated 22.08.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11216 of 2023 has been complied with.

5. In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
