The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 231 of 2021 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier vide order dated 04.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82772 of 2024, regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, however, liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present one is the second attempt for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in the light of the liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel further submitted that charge against the petitioner has been framed on 17.10.2025. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2024 and has eight criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 231 of 2021, subject to the following conditions: (I) One of the bailors shall be own/close member of the family of the petitioner.
(II) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two
