The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.131 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 25(1-B),a,26 of the Arms Act. Allegation of the prosecution is that the police had apprehended certain persons and loaded country-made pistol with two live cartridges were seized from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and prior to lodging of the present case, the petitioner was having a clean antecedent, however, after being impleaded in the present case the petitioner has been remanded in two other cases also. Petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.11.2017.

No.28336 of 2018 (3) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.131 of 2017.
