2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simri (Hata O.P.) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354B, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, for a trivial dispute between the parties the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 10.10.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simri (Hata O.P.) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2023.
