The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tikari P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
