JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 402 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the present case has been brought by the informant as the petitioners used to make protest against his illegal activities and he further submitted that no such occurrence, as alleged in the written report, did ever take place. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that it is admitted in the written report itself,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23757 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 that petitioners had raised their voice in respect of wrong preparation of list of beneficiaries.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria P.S. Case No. 402 of 2015 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U
