The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S.Case No.53 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 447, 379, 307, 326K, 354B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. AS per the prosecution case the petitioner No.1 and 2 have assaulted by Farsa and lathi and danda and against the petition no.3 of throwing acid causing injury. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except the injury caused by the acid, other injuries are simple in nature. Earlier the petitioner no.3 had filed case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80145 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 against the informant.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the nature of accusation, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of the materials collected during the investigation.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
