JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 448, 384, 386, 307, 506, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of rangdari and firing on the informant, however, he escaped the said firing. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been made accused in this case and no occurrence as alleged has ever taken place and though there is allegation of firing, however, the said firing did not hit anybody. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the petitioner has
